NON-ISMAILI RENDITION:

 *_W_A_* kulla shay-in *AH-SAYNAAHU* FII IMAAMIM MUBIIN* --  [?] everything have we *ACCOMMODATED* IN THE  MANIFEST IMAM  (GUIDE)* 36:12 [s. v. mir ahmed ali's translation,  pp. 182a, 6].

 IMPORTANT NOTE:
 ALLAH HAD VESTED OR ACCOMADATED AND __NOT RECORDED__ everything in the Manifest Imam. but from the QUR'ANIC perspective only, THE KITAAB (HQ: 78:29) = THE IMAMIM MUBIIN--MANIFEST IMAM (HQ.  36:12) and vice versa.  this has also been corroborated by the said ithna'ashari commentator himself.  he adds, 'this BOOK and the IMAM-E-MUBEEN in 36:12 and the IMAM rnv 17:71  are 
*ONE AND THE SAME  ENTITY or two separate entities* as already been pointed out --' [ibid. pp. 1802].

 please note AGAIN that the second half of this Holy verse 36:12 begins with - *WA KULLA SHAY-IN--AND EVERY THING.* and that the first part of the verse is joined to the second with a conjunction --*WA--AND* BY  NONE OTHER THAN ALLAH HIMSELF:

 now, what is 'AND EVERYTHING--WA KULLA SHAY-IN' and the meaning thereof - and how do we determine that? would it have a beginning, middle or an end - at any point in ALLAH's own Divinity, thought, will, estimation and/or universal creation? this is not only ALLAH's unfathomable mystery but also it shows that THERE IS NO DICHOTOMY BETWEEN *MATTER AND SPIRIT IN ISLAM.*

 as such, the first part which says - *LO! WE IT IS WHO BRING THE DEAD TO LIFE* - IS ALSO VESTED IN  THIS IMAAMIM MUBIIN, since, both parts of this verse have been joined together by ALLAH Himself. if this is the case and it is, WHERE DID THE ISMAILIS GO WRONG -- akbarally meherally?

 regardless, the true meaning of the great verse HQ. 36:12 is that the
*IMAAMIM MUBIIN--MANIFEST IMAM* --  could and did 
GIVE LIFE TO THE DEAD LIKE ALLAH.  we are told that HZT.
ALI (AS) gave life to nuseri 70- seventy times to test his faith - and that he was declared a true momin thereafter, according to the ismaili
 rendition of the event. all shia sources assert that he was the 1ST
HOLY IMAM [as] & THE MANIFEST GUIDE.  [see ibid. pp. 182a--index, 1156/57, 1320/ 1321].

WHERE DID THE ISMAILIS GO WRONG -- akbarally meherally?

My Answer:

       The Ismaili Scholar Navali writes that ALLAH HIMSELF has joined the First part of verse 36:12 with the Last part of verse 36:12.
There is no object as to how this verse 36:12 was Revealed by Allah.   

        The unpardonable OBJECTION is to the fact that the First part of verse 4:59 is joined with the Last part of verse 36:12. This was not done by ALLAH (SWT), but by a mortal man named AGA KHAN the third.
Navali has knowingly and vainly tried to DIVERT the attention of the readers from the actual fact of the "scotch-taping" the First part from a verse of Surah Nissa with the Last part of a verse from Surah Ya-Sin. 

        Aga Khani Ismailis have ALWAYS placed their FULL FAITH 
in their IMAMS. History records, some of them were very good in telling FICTITIOUS STORIES & LIES, ABOUT THEIR DIVINITY.
One such conjured story has been mentioned above by scholar Navali.

Navali writes:
" we are told that HZT.
ALI (AS) gave life to nuseri 70-
 seventy times to test his faith - and that he was declared a true momin
thereafter,"

        NAVALI KNOWS THIS IS A FICTITIOUS STORY and hence he has NOT MENTIONED the name of the narrator of the above story.

           This FICTITIOUS STORY was told no other individual but by Navali's 48th IMAM, AGA KHAN THIRD, whose both the parents and both the grandparents were staunch ITHNA'ASHRIS (read autobiography). BUT THIS YOUNG IMAM wanted his Murids to WORSHIP HIM and PROSTRATE TO HIM as the "ALI THE TRUE ALLAH". And, believe me he was very successful in his mission.

     The above "fictitious story" of a True Momeen -- whose name was Nuseri and was living on the bank of Furhat River -- being repeatedly beheaded and revived by Hadhrat Ali, to be precise 70 times, does appear in the printed and published FARMANS of Late Sultan Muhammad Shah, Aga Khan The Third - The 48th IMAM-E-MUBIN.

HERE ARE THE DETAILS of this FARMAN:

Name of the Gujrati book: 'Kalam e Imam e Mubin' . 
Farman No. 18 printed in Gujrati. 
Date of the pronouncement of the Farman: 29th December 1893.
Place of making the said Farman: A small town named Manjewdi, India.

         LESS THAN A CENTURY LATER, the Grandson of the Great Narrator - the  present Karim Aga Khan, 49th IMAM-E-MUBIN declared through his lawyers, before the High Courts of London, U. K., that neither he nor his grandfather had ever claimed DIVINITY. This Declaration was made in the "legal matter" of author Mihir Bose's Publication - 'THE AGA KHANS'. A book an Ismaili MUST READ...

Note: Ismailis I have spoken to respond that this IMAM-E-MUBIN was not aware of the above Farman made in 1893, before he was born. 
The Farman is printed in Gujrati, a language THIS IMAM cannot read.

How does THIS IMAM hear the Tasbihs of the Ismailis, from world over, which are addressed to him in Gujrati, Cutchhi, Hindi and Urdu?

NAVALI, please tell me; Whom do you BELIEVE?

THE 48TH IMAM WHO CLAIMED DIVINITY AND IS DEAD...  or, THE 49TH IMAM WHO IS ALIVE AND DISCLAIMS DIVINITY??

HAS YOUR "48TH IMAM-E-MUBEEN = GOD" 
CEASED TO EXIST AS THE "49TH IMAM-E-MUBEEN" = GOD?

IF YES,  WHY?
IF NOT, HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY THE COURT DECLARATION?
