Comment: Is The Ismaili Canada fostering (promoting): All isms - the symbols of which are depicted on this cover page are equable like the petals of ONE FLOWER?

A Question: Your followers - the Agakhani Ismailis living in Canada can enter the places of worships in Canada of almost all the depicted isms. Why NONE of the followers of these isms are allowed to enter the Ismaili Prayer Halls in Canada? Opening of the doors would be an important first step for Fostering Pluralism!!!

  • During the Fatimid Period of Ismaili History the Fatimid Imams used to Lead the Friday Afternoon Prayers and Deliver the Jum'ah Khutbahs. Karim Aga Khan himself goes to the Sunni Mosques in India, East Africa, Syria, Pakistan and prays behind the Sunni Imams (see photos on this website). In other words Karim Aga Khan the 49th Imam of the Ismailis is cognisant of the fact that his Ismaili Prayer Halls are closed in the afternoons for the Friday Salaats. "O YOU who have attained to faith! When the call to prayers is proclaimed on Friday (Day of Congregation) hasten earnestly to the Remembrance of Allah and leave off all worldly commerce: that is best for your own good, if you but knew it!"
